Exercise….I thought you said extra fries!!

Yea, I’m definitely a foodie. I love food!! Didn’t gain all this fluff by not eating. That’s for sure!! Any who, here I am beginning my journey to a healthier lifestyle and I would love for y’all to follow me!!

First, I am not on a a diet. That’s restrictive and not conducive to living a healthy life. I am making lifestyle changes. Eating healthier, adding exercise, and creating healthy habits. In order to succeed in my weight loss journey and my journey to a healthier life I need to create healthy habits in order to phase out my bad habits. I need an outlet for my stress, One that isn’t food related. So all that I will learn and implement on my journey.

The beginning

My focus this week Is cutting back on my portion sizes and introducing the dreaded extra fries…I meant exercise!! By cutting back on portion sizes I will begin training my stomach and my mind that I am full with less food which will definitely cut down on my caloric intake. By introducing exercise I will begin building up my stamina, burn fat, and begin getting into shape.
